This series started with the intent of combining just two images into one that either did or did not have anything in common. As opposed to the Illusion Series, which had a definite goal or the 3D Effects pieces that were formed by selective blurring, these have no such boundaries. Some Merges are blatant, some are subtle, but they all incorporate the bringing together of different photographs, but now they have evolved into the combining of multiple images. A few of the most recent ones even sport a mirror image of one of the photos, much like the way my Mandalas were formed, or they may include the human figure. I have taken multiples of images and tried to adapt them into making something else. Not particularly fond of the title formats I've chosen, but perhaps something different will come to me at some point or if someone has a worthy suggestion, I'll change them.
